This home in Cary received a full exterior repaint to restore its appearance and protect it from the elements for years to come. The project included repairing and replacing damaged wood affected by rot, extensive surface preparation, and careful removal of failing paint from the windows to create a smooth, durable finish. After repairs were completed, the entire exterior was professionally painted using premium coatings (Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior Paint), resulting in a refreshed appearance, improved curb appeal, and long-lasting protection.

This project in North Raleigh included a full interior repaint along with extensive surface preparation and repairs. We removed and replaced failing caulk above the crown molding, repaired hundreds of nail pops throughout the home, and restored minor water-damaged areas around several windows. The result was a fresh, updated interior with crisp lines, smooth walls, and a durable, professional finish. All walls were painted with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Interior Acrylic Latex Paint, and all trim was painted with Sherwin-Williams, Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel.

What began as a repair for minor carpenter bee damage uncovered additional hidden wood rot to the fascia and sub-fascia. To ensure a long-lasting solution, we removed the damaged materials and replaced approximately 24 linear feet of fascia with durable Hardie® trim.

The project required removing and later reinstalling the rain gutters and gutter guards to provide full access to the affected areas. After the new fascia was installed, we caulked, primed, and painted it to match the home's existing exterior finish. As a final detail, we touched up minor scratches on the previously painted Hardie siding that occurred during the gutter reinstallation process, leaving the entire area looking seamless and well-maintained.

The result is a structurally sound, low-maintenance repair that restores the home's appearance while protecting it from future moisture and pest-related damage.

After nearly 30 years of exposure to the elements, this fence in south Cary was ready for a complete restoration. We thoroughly removed failing paint and loose coatings through a combination of pressure washing (check out our Instagram pressure washing post), scraping, sanding, and grinding. Once properly prepared, we applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams WoodScapes Exterior Acrylic Solid Color Stain using a spray-and-back-roll application method to ensure excellent coverage, penetration, and long-lasting protection.

This bathroom in Cary received a complete refresh that combined professional painting with several targeted upgrades to improve both appearance and functionality. We carefully sanded down previously painted decorative side stripes to create smooth, uniform wall surfaces, re-anchored a loose towel rack for added stability, and replaced outdated vanity light fixtures with a more modern look.

After completing the necessary repairs and preparation, we applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald Interior Acrylic Latex Paint to transform the space. The result is a cleaner and more contemporary bathroom that feels updated without the need for a full renovation.

This project demonstrates how a few strategic improvements, combined with quality painting and attention to detail, can dramatically update a bathroom at a fraction of the cost of a full remodel.

This shed had remained in primer for several years and was ready for its final finish. We painted the exterior to perfectly match the home's color scheme, creating a seamless, cohesive appearance across the property. The project also included painting the drip-edge flashing for a clean, finished look and added protection against the elements. The result is a durable, attractive outbuilding that complements the home and enhances overall curb appeal.

After a plumber cut an access opening in the ceiling to repair a leaking shower, we restored the area to its original appearance. The project included installing a new drywall patch, carefully finishing and blending the repair into the surrounding ceiling texture, priming the repaired area, and painting the ceiling to match the existing finish. The completed repair blends seamlessly with the surrounding ceiling, leaving no visible evidence of the previous access opening.

After years of everyday family life, this living room was ready for a refresh. The project included repairing damaged trim that had accumulated its share of dents, dings, and wear over the years, followed by a complete repaint using a lighter wall color to brighten and modernize the space.

Careful preparation and trim repairs helped restore crisp lines and a well-maintained appearance, while the new color transformed the room, making it feel more open, inviting, and updated. The finished result is a clean, refreshed living space that looks ready for many more years of family memories.

As part of the living room re-paint above, the homeowner wanted a cleaner, more built-in appearance for their thermostat, which projected noticeably from the wall. Using a drywall mounting kit, we modified the wall to recess the thermostat into the drywall cavity, creating a more streamlined and professional look.

The project included carefully creating the wall opening, installing the mounting kit, repairing and finishing the surrounding drywall, and ensuring the thermostat sat flush with the wall surface. The result is a subtle but impactful upgrade that improves the room's appearance while giving the thermostat a custom-installed look.

Sometimes the smallest details make the biggest difference. This simple upgrade transformed an ordinary thermostat into a clean, integrated feature that blends seamlessly with the wall.
